Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Aircraft Painter (Associate or Experienced) to support the 787 Program based out of North Charleston, SC on a Variable Shift .


Prepares exterior surface of aircraft for painting.
Makes necessary patterns, performs layout and applies prescribed primers, paints and finishes to exterior of aircraft.
Applies aircraft finishes and external markings to aircraft sections.

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including overtime.
~1+ years of painting experience in aircraft, automotive, industrial, or general painting.
~ Required to wear fall protection gear, safety equipment and masks.

1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
~ Aircraft paint experience.


High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.

vocational school/Associate).

Shift Work Statement:
This position is variable shift.

Variable shift means you will be placed on a shift at the time of hire based on business needs at that time.

You will remain on that shift until re-evaluation of the need.

Union:
This is a non-union represented position.

Sign-On Bonus:
External candidates are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
