• Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services NJ regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Learn and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Follow and supervise updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
• Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
• Conduct games on a given table schedule with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the schedule, and following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Provide players with timely and professional assistance on game-related and general questions.
• Report any risks or mistakes to the Pit-boss immediately.
• Participate in educational events and sessions required for professional skills improvement.
• Participate in company promotions through marketing activities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor towards players and peers.
• Keep confidential information within company's authorized individuals.
• Perform additional duties as instructed by management.

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license.
• Clear communication abilities in explaining game-related questions.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Professional appearance, speech, and posture.
• Ability to wear assigned uniforms and maintain appearance standards.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.

• Pay Rate: 17$ hour + Tips + Monthly Performance Bonus.
• *Night Differential Pay from 11PM-7AM.
• Holiday Pay.
• 5 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time.
