Market President -West Texas

FinTrust Connect has partnered with a leading regional financial services company that is rapidly expanding its credit operations and is looking to hire a Market President to work out of Andrews, TX. The Market President is responsible for overseeing retail and loan operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This candidate will cultivate and nurture client relationships while aligning market objectives with the Banks strategic vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in financial institution policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction.
