ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Stocking hardline merchandise to the sales floor at a pace consistent with company expectations
Utilizing correct safety barriers while stocking during operating hours
Placing correct signage after a stock has been placed on the sales floor
Utilizing proper signage during the stocking process
Recovering the hardlines area during each storewide recovery call
Condensing hardlines merchandise to make space for incoming hardlines merchandise
Provide customer service throughout the department as needed
Complete hourly cleaning of restrooms as assigned
Maintain backroom organization consistent with company guidelines

Requirements

Adhere to time expectations on assigned tasks
Keep a safe and organized workspace
Provide valuable customer service as needed
Ability to listen and comprehend instructions
Ability to multi-task while operating in fast-paced retail environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand for extended hours, up to entire shift
Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Frequently lift items over 20 pounds
