Our people in Operations are the backbone of our Company, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receiving/put away will include:
    • Putting lenses in correct inventory locations and rotating stock
  • Order selection will include:
    • Picking orders for customers and branches
    • Informing managers, supervisors or coordinators of stock-outs
  • Shipping will include:
    • Verifying orders and correcting discrepancies
    • Boxing orders in correct containers or boxes with correct documentation and applying address labels
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSTo be a good fit for the Warehouse Associate opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to:
    • Communicate effectively with managers and peers on a daily basis
    • Meet and exceed production goals
    • Correctly use RF devices (scanners) as needed; experience with scanners is a plus
    • Basic reading and mathematics ability
    • Maintain very high levels of accuracy in work assignments
    • Work cooperatively as a member of a team and participate in team meetings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Inventory and warehouse management system experience
