Are you ready to clean up the competition and shine bright with Boise Centre? We're on the hunt for night owls with a knack for cleanliness to join our Overnight Custodial Staff. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be the hero of the night, ensuring our facility shines.

Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with Two Consecutive Days Off Starting at $18 per hour, with potential for growth based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring Immaculate Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine environment throughout our facility, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure our premises are always in impeccable condition.
  • Supply Management: Keep our custodial closets fully stocked and prepared for any situation, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Your diligence will be crucial in maintaining our cleaning supplies at optimal levels.
  • Emergency Response: Act as the first line of defense in unforeseen circumstances, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Your quick thinking and decisive actions will be instrumental in handling emergencies.
  • Lost and Found Management: Responsibly handle lost items, providing reassurance to guests and maintaining a meticulous record. Your thoroughness will ensure the safekeeping of lost belongings.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various departments to facilitate event preparations and address diverse needs. Your ability to work harmoniously within a team will contribute to the seamless execution of our operations.
Requirements
  • Commitment to Excellence: Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred, but possessing a positive attitude and a desire to learn are essential. If you've ever had to clean up after an event, you already understand the importance of attention to detail and dedication to achieving high standards.
  • Professional Skill: Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment, following instructions, and providing exceptional customer service is required. Your ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively is crucial.
  • Physical Aptitude: Prepared for moderately heavy manual labor, occasional work at heights, and exposure to outdoor conditions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including holidays. As a member of our night-time team, you'll be our behind-the-scenes support when the sun is down.
