About the Role:

• Develop learning solutions aligned with business needs and in harmony with our culture.
• Lead a team to create engaging learning programs that equip employees with the skills to shape the future.
• Work closely with partners to identify learning requirements and choose the best delivery methods.
• Manage team workload, set priorities, and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and enhance solutions continually.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Location: Can be based in any valid Verizon domestic corporate hub.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing custom learning solutions and leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Additional degree in HR or Learning and Development is a plus.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
• Experience motivating teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
