• Plan, organize, and manage Information System activities
• Manage workload, priorities, and budget with a strategic approach
• Coordinate program plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide technical guidance and support for business users
• Oversee IT activities at manufacturing facilities and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-7 years of industry experience with previous supervisory roles
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
• Experience in managing software development and hardware/software skills
• Willingness to work off-hours and weekends as needed
