Direct Sales Representative

[Salary $50k+/year DOE
[**Responsibilities:
- Strategically promote and direct sell company products to new and existing customers
- Make routine in person and sales calls to farm businesses in your designated sales region
- Complete all sales proposals accurately and present to customers in a timely manner
- Continually communicate with existing customers, providing them with our new and existing products
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers
- Attend business networking events and trade shows in your region to accumulate new leads
- Re service your existing client accounts periodically and systematically
- Collaborate with management team to help identify sales opportunities and strategies
- Routine travel to farm and commercial customers (must maintain an insurable driving record)
- All other duties assigned
- Associates or bachelors degree in Sales preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferred
- Experience in agricultural and or grain bins preferred
- Ability to work independently and be a self motivator
- Organizational and communication skills a must [
