Responsibilities:

The Environmental Services Technicians, overseen by the Director of Plant Operations, are responsible for daily cleaning tasks to uphold the cleanliness and order of the facility. Duties include maintaining cleanliness, prevention of mold growth, trash removal, providing linen to patient care areas, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting in maintaining a safe environment as required by regulating agencies.

Qualifications Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of High School Diploma or its equivalent

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in environmental services, preferably in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements: Able to meet the needs of patients efficiently, respond quickly to situations, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and engage in physical activities as needed.
