**JOB SUMMARY**

This unique position combines maintenance and security skills working from 6:00pm - 2:00am Tuesdays through Saturdays. This person is responsible for responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security related issues that may arise in a professional manner. Patrol areas on a regular basis of property grounds including outside parking facility. This position also helps with maintenance tasks in the overnight hours for our three properties.

Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about on property and within the rooms, operate tools, ascend/descend ladders to service lights/ceiling, able to position self to fix equipment, communicate with guests in person or on the phone, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or 20 pounds above the shoulder

Ability to obtain necessary certifications

Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
