Job Title: Territory Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow installer customer sales in your area
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Implement sales plans to achieve targets
- Communicate promotional initiatives, troubleshoot customer concerns, and provide solutions
- Collaborate with branch managers to ensure customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in outside sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years in outside sales roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of growth
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
