Key Position Details:
- Primary care team includes Internal Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Psychologists
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Outpatient practice serving patients of all ages
- Minimal call coverage with RN triage support
- Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, closed weekends
- Utilize EMR system Excellian for efficient patient care

Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients to enhance their health and well-being
- Practice with sensitivity to cultural diversity and legal obligations
- Participate in multidisciplinary case management
- Use quality improvement tools to enhance patient care processes
- Engage in peer review and quality assurance activities
Job Requirements:
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical training
- Board certification with ABMS or AOA
- Active medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification and NPI required
- Meet credentialing and hospital privilege qualifications
- ACLS-BLS Tier 3 certification needed within 180 days
