Our program supports individuals looking to improve their mental health and achieve long-term success
Better U is seeking a talented and passionate Psychiatric NP or PA to support patients in Connecticut.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Multi-State licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.
- Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people. Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence, intuitive sensitivity, empathic while maintaining supportive structure, nuanced self-discovery, warmth, respect/appreciation of different life trajectories.
- Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth.
- Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.
- Deep compassion and empathy for others
- Knowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential information
- A willingness to learn and a growth mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability and tools to work remotely
- A passion for alternative healing methods
- Experience with weight loss & integrative medicine.
Requirements:
- A high degree of empathy and understanding of human behavior.
- 1+ years of experience as a licensed NP or PA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Multi-state licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- DEA licensed
