This position is responsible for Accounts Receivable. A key metric within this position scope is DSO. The position reports to the Division Controller.

Collect outstanding accounts receivables from customers

Apply cash receipts to customer accounts

Resolve payment disputes

Work closely with team members in other functions

Prepare related month end journal entries and reports

Will perform general accounting duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent is required

2 year degree or 4 year degree is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

SAP experience is beneficial

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines required

Strong analytical mathematical, and problem solving skills required
