Registered Behavior Technician

Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to keep patient information confidential and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and advanced computer knowledge.
- Implementation of behavior plans.
- Collects skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
- Maintain client clinical session notes.
- Submitts client clinical session notes in a timely manner.
- Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom.
- Communicates and works closely with BCBA to provide effective treatment.
This position is part-time with the ability to move to full-time. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Health benefits are available after a 60-day waiting period. Paid time off accrual, paid federal holidays, and overtime offered. Oversight and support are available for RBT's.

We are also in the process of expanding beyond Florida and have recently opened an office in Hendersonville, North Carolina for Applied Behavior Analysis Services.
