The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Part Time Airport Facility Technician at the Airport. This is a part-time, non-civil service position. Starting salary for this position will be $17.63 per hour. This position will work a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. This position will remain open until filled.

+ Nature of WorkThis is a manual and some semi-skilled work in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of airport facilities and grounds. + Education, Experience, Other Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Graduation from High School and some knowledge of general maintenance procedures as they pertain to facilities and ground maintenance.
  • Possession of a valid North Dakota Driver License
  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based background check and maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport.
  • The preferred candidate would have experience working at an airport.
+ Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting hourly wage of $17.63
  • This is a part time, FLSA nonexempt, non-civil service position with no benefits provided
  • This position will work a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week
