Exciting Opportunity at MSK:
We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our Specialty Retail Pharmacy team.
Role Overview:
- Review and process take home prescriptions in Enterprise Rx system adhering to MSKCC policy and state regulations.
- Provide patient counseling and medication management.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Coordinate services with various MSK departments and offsite pharmacies.
- Assist with pharmacy inspections, insurance audits, and copay collections.
- Provide after-hours on-call services on a rotational basis.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling duties.
- Perform other necessary tasks as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid NY Pharmacist license.
- PharmD (or equivalent) degree.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy is preferred.

- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and making informed judgments.
- Proactive in suggesting workflow improvements for enhanced patient care.
- Ownership mentality and willingness to learn in a supportive setting.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
100% Onsite
Location: 160 E 53rd Street in NYC.
Report to: Manager, Pharmacy - Specialty Retail Pharmacy.
