What you'll be doing

  • In this role you will _
  • Efficiently review and post transactions related to dealer trades and wholesale deals.
  • Receive incoming titles, verify stock numbers, and properly enter necessary information into the DMS.
  • Provide support to the Billing and License and Title team as needed.

About the company
The Bill Jacobs organization has grown into one of the most respected businesses in the Midwest.

Today we have five new car franchise locations offering new models from BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Jaguar, and Land Rover in Naperville and Hinsdale, Illinois.

Requirements:

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • Previous dealership experience preferred; previous automotive Cashier and/or accounts receivable experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CDK experience is a plus.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and accuracy in a highvolume setting
  • Careful attention to detail. Accuracy, precision, and thoroughness in tasks. Skillful execution of responsibilities. Dependability and commitment to meeting obligations.
