Position Overview:

Want to have the best view of the mountains from a bar?

Bartenders are responsible for mixing and serving drinks as well as serving food to members of our Club at the bar. Bartenders are expected to provide drink service to all areas of the restaurant and maintain a clean, safe environment for our members.

Essential Duties

  • Takes drink orders from members, Bar Wait Staff and restaurant Servers through the service well.
  • Mix and service quality beverages in a timely manner using multiple ingredients and preexisting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of and ability to discuss with patron's the bar's wine, beer and cocktail choices.
  • Ability to familiarize self with members, (especially bar regulars), in a friendly, but professional attentive manner.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive working environment including all aspects of bar area, i.e.: bottle displays, bar top, well area and floors.
  • Maintain personal appearance in a neat, clean professional manner.
  • Preform daily side work to include but not limited to, deep cleaning, fruit/garnish preparation, stocking glass wear, liquor, etc.
  • Communicate with team and other Staff members and contribute to a friendly work environment.
  • Immediately report any needs, questions, or issues directly to Bar Supervisor.
  • Prepare members chits for drinks served.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and willing to help in all areas of the bar and restaurant, while maintaining positivity.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum of one-year related experience and/or training in comparable industry.
  • Must have direct work experience in a fine dining establishment, country club or private resort bar.
