TITLE: PCB TECHNICIAN
COMPANY: ttg Talent Solutions

SALARY RANGE: $25 - $28 per hour
WORK LOCATION: Davie, FL
JOB TYPE: Initial 60 days on-site, then transition to a hybrid position

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The main focus of this role is to examine and fix company products, particularly at the printer circuit board level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct incoming inspection, testing, and repair of circuit boards according to approved procedures and schematics
  • Service, test, and repair products and PCBs as necessary
  • Refer to product manuals and case reports for repairs and services
  • Utilize good judgment in evaluating repair solutions, parts replacement, and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain safe and responsible use of tools such as calipers, screwdrivers, and soldering iron
  • Record all repairs, report issues to prevent recurrence of defects, and provide feedback on product failures
  • Engage in training and mentoring programs, offer suggestions for product improvement, and enhance product knowledge
  • Communicate findings and feedback clearly and proactively to the service team
  • Complete any additional tasks as delegated
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hold an Associate degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in repair/service of lighting, small electronics, or technical products
  • Possess troubleshooting skills in PCBs using various test equipment
  • Understand PCB board/component handling, ESD prevention practices, and basic ESD theory
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate observation, analytical, and attention to detail skills
