Die Tech Change Associate

Role Overview:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment in a production environment
- Conducting die changes, material changes, and program adjustments
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborating with team members to schedule and complete tasks efficiently
- Collecting and analyzing data for process improvement
- Supporting scrap and cost reduction initiatives
- Assisting in the implementation of Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures
- Capable of flexible shift assignments and overtime work when necessary

Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Group Leader with knowledge of preventive maintenance and Tool and Die functions
- Training: Must have completed courses in Injection Molding Essentials, Lock Out Tag Out, Electrical Safety, Crane Safety, and Confined Spaces Training
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, able to troubleshoot machinery, and lift loads up to 40 lbs

Work Environment:
Operates in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to high temperatures and loud noise levels

Physical Demands:
Requires standing for extended periods, handling objects, and lifting weights up to 40 lbs with specific vision requirements
