Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BHT ABA and RBT to join our team.

The role involves providing care and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.


Duties:

  • Implement individualized care plans based on ABA principles
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with ASD
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Skills:

  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Familiarity with care plans and patient care protocols
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and privacy practices

The following cases are available:

BHT ABA/RBT

1.Norristown/Montco ABA 48 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fri, after 2:00pm

2. Oreland/Montco ABA 100 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fr, 4:30pm-7:00pm, weekend availability

3. Warminster/Bucks ABA 60 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-7:00pm

4. Langhorne/Bucks ABA 60 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-7:00pm

5. Upper Darby/Delco ABA 40 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-7:00pm

BHT

1. Norristown/Montco IBHS 60 hours per month (home)

Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-7:00pm

2. Bala Cynwyd/Mo IBHS 120 hours per month (80 hours per month (school) & 40 hours per month (home))

Mon -Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm

3. Chester/Delco IBHS 120 hours per month (school)

Mon -Fri, 8:30am-3:00pm

BATP is EOE.

We train for this position.
