What You Will Do:
Our Business and IT Strategy Transformation consultants help our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Enterprise IT Management, Mission Enablement, and IT Transformation.

What You Will Need:
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years working on enterprise business and IT strategy and modernization projects
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Master's a plus, preferably in a rigorous academic program at a top school
Must have an active or prior DoD Secret clearance or equivalent
Must be located within 50 miles of Tvsons, VA or Arlington, VA and willing to commute onsite to Guidehouse offices and/or client sites located in the Washington metropolitan area
Experience in a top-tier commercial or public sector consulting firm
Experience applying critical thinking and structured processes to help clients navigate uncertainty and solve complex problems
Demonstrates a proven record of success in roles within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports client services including:
Understanding and documenting existing business processes, systems, and technology
Formulating business and technical solutions
Developing architecture diagrams, process flows, drawings, and visual communications
Gathering, analyzing and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements
Engagement with business executives to define, understand and document business strategy and desired business capabilities, iterating new business and technology capabilities, and creating and implementing future-state capabilities
Implementation of enterprise-level business process improvement and technology solutions within functions and industries (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Cyber, Procurement, Acquisition, Grants, Supply Chain, etc.)
Collaboration with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards
Experience supporting project teams in the implementation of IT strategy methodologies and frameworks
Experience managing or supporting an IT PMO
Experienced in developing business and functional requirements to support future state implementation of an IT solution. Includes developing Requirements Traceability Matrices, source system data mapping, and understanding of technical requirements language.

Leads teams and develops junior staff
Experience participating in business development opportunities and pursuits
Track record of success in performing current state analysis across processes, technology, and people
Desirable certifications: PMP
