Join ADP as a Data Integration Specialist

  • This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to implement data integrations using API methodologies.
  • Recommend and implement effective solutions for customers and third-party partners.
  • Coordinate technical teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance.
  • Define onboarding processes for new capabilities and train teams on utilizing them.
  • Review data requirements with customers, conduct data auditing, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and provide feedback for corrections.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience and ability to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver results with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently, prioritize deliverables, and drive solutions effectively.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting technologies, and experience with data integration projects.
  • Background in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clarity to others.
  • Desire to build and mature business processes for efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with CSV/fixed-width file formats and APIs desired.
  • Familiarity with integration to Workday and SAP systems a plus.
