  • Lead strategic relationships with major financial institution partners.
  • Own and implement engagement priorities and strategies with FIs.
  • Develop strong connections with key stakeholders in financial institutions to support their digital evolution.
  • Become an expert on Plaid's technology and products, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Help shape Plaid's position in the financial services industry and influence policy and regulatory objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for business and technical issues related to API integrations with FIs.
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with our FI partnership strategy and company objectives.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external relationships and implementing strategies for partner success in new technologies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to create impactful executive-level communications.
  • Technical and product acumen.
  • Initiative-driven with excellent problem-solving skills to navigate partners through complex issues.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and seniority levels.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and drive results amidst challenges.
Plaid offers a competitive salary ranging between $144,720 and $216,000 per year, with additional compensation such as equity and/or commission. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
