  • Develops individualized care plans, administers medications, operates dialysis equipment, and maintains patient records.

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills (CSRH-WH) is a 150-bed hospital in San Antonio offering specialized services including orthopedics, surgery, ICU, women's services, cardiovascular care, and more.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, with Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • 6+ months dialysis experience preferred
  • 12+ months acute clinical experience as a Registered Nurse required
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred
  • Previous healthcare management experience preferred
  • Active RN license
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing desired
  • Water Treatment and Hemodialysis Knowledge Exams within 12 weeks of employment
  • Certification in Nephrology Nursing required within 1 year of eligibility
