Our current opportunity:

We are seeking Check-in and Retail Associates who can ensure that our guests and their furry friends feel welcomed, valued, secure, and at ease throughout their visit.

This involves interacting with our guests, familiarizing yourself with them and their dogs, and consistently maintaining a friendly and engaging attitude towards all visitors.

Offering a diverse selection of beer, wine, and spirits, this outdoor bar requires bartenders to actively move around the park, catering to guests' beverage needs and managing tabs efficiently.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Check-in guests and members at the park
  • Welcome each guest, assist with the check-in process, and provide support with registrations as needed
  • Communicate and enforce park regulations
  • Promote Bark Social events, specials, and offerings to guests to enhance their experience
  • Encourage the sale of memberships, monthly, and day passes
  • Assist guests in the retail space by showcasing unique products and services, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory
  • Monitor the location email inbox

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Respond to emails, inquiries, and new leads promptly
  • Ensure accurate vaccination records are maintained
  • Enforce spay/neuter policy compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in check-in and retail areas
  • Perform regular temperature checks, cleanliness inspections, and maintenance tasks
