Parking Attendant

The role of Parking Attendant involves maintaining and cleaning an assigned area with duties such as garages and immediate surroundings.
Hourly Rate: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the parking garage and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
- Greet customers professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Perform tasks such as trash removal, elevator and entrance cleaning, and painting floors and curbs.
- Handle duties like removing cobwebs, cleaning signs, shutters, windows, and stairwells.
- Inform managers about any necessary building repairs or additions to the operating systems.
- Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Be flexible and willing to tackle all assigned tasks.
- Maintain a well-organized supply closet and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Match visitor tickets with parking rates, collect payments, and provide correct change.
- Order supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance responsibilities.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or safety issues promptly to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Address spills and other emergencies, carrying out necessary tasks.
- Safely operate power equipment when required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
