Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385 bed acute-care hospital, a stroke receiving center, and level 2 trauma facility focusing on innovative and patient-centered rehabilitation services. The dedicated team offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including acute care rehabilitation, joint replacement & spinal surgery, neurosurgery, ICU, Telemetry, step-down care, skilled nursing, outpatient therapy, hand, and lymphedema clinics.
- Summary
- This position involves direct clinical patient care.
- Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift and unit level.
- Supervision of delegated staff to ensure appropriate care.
- Accountable for supporting CNO to maintain high-quality, safe nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
Qualifications
- Current oncology experience required
Education
- Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master's degree)
Certifications
- Required: Must be licensed, certified, or registered as required by law. CPR certification
Pay Range: $49.22 Minimum - $75.62 Maximum per hour
Wages depend on qualifications and experience.
