Description: Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4
About the Job Title and the Company: In this position at Lockheed Martin, you will play a crucial role within the Aeronautics Company, recognized for transforming visionary aircraft into reality. The successful candidate for this role will be tasked with developing training requirements and implementing courseware to educate Aircrew/Mission Planner functions, utilizing simulations and scenarios for customer training purposes.
The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive aircrew training to customer personnel across various locations, focusing on both existing and new systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative training courses
- Provide aircrew training
- Conduct system familiarization, installation, and operation training
- Develop instructional material related to ground systems
- Offer system integration, verification, and validation support
- Provide information technology-related support

Basic Qualifications:
- BS in STEM field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or related technical discipline)
- Experience with Support Equipment maintenance and operation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting networks and computers
- Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain special program access
Desired Skills:
- Naval Aviation Maintenance Programs knowledge
- Experience with military aircraft
- Network and computer system administration experience
- Cost, Schedule, and Quality management expertise
- Technical report writing skills
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support concepts
- Certification in Security+
