Machine Operator Details:
- Location: South Charlotte
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hour paid weekly
- Shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Machine Operator Description:
- Operate assigned machinery according to provided instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machinery, to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Attention to detail, quality inspecting, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
