Supervisor - Housekeeping (1.0 FTE, Evenings)

Stanford Childrens Health is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team At Stanford Childrens Health, they blend cutting-edge technologies with compassionate care to provide world-class service. Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is in charge of overseeing a team of housekeeping employees, ensuring procedures are followed, monitoring supply usage, and supervising unique cleaning methods for an acute care hospital. This role is responsible for maintaining environmental cleanliness and quality in hospital areas.
Essential Functions
- Monitor work flow and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Plan, schedule, and direct environmental maintenance in designated areas
- Inspect facilities and equipment, and request repairs or replacements as needed
- Train staff in proper cleaning techniques and environmental maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have a High School Diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Ability to strategize, plan, and drive change
- Effective teamwork and leadership skills
- Knowledge of training design, customer service principles, and hospital cleaning methods

Pay Range
Compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education, skills, and location. Typically, new hires start within the minimum to mid-salary range of $73,403.20 to $86,684.00 for a 1.0 FTE position.
