Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
  • Execute commercial cleaning practices to maintain a pristine salon environment.
  • Assist with porter duties including trash removal and restocking supplies.
  • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Support custodial tasks to preserve the aesthetic appeal of the salon.
  • Assist with residential painting projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in custodial or related roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
  • Ability to perform buffing and other commercial cleaning tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Wheaton, IL preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
