About the RoleWorking within our constructive culture as the Master Planner , you will standardize and continuously optimize the master production schedule to meet customer backlog and sales forecast, plan and schedule workflow for each department, monitor resources, inventory positioning, material and capacity availability.

Balance production and inventory levels with demand to support on-time to request goals as well as inventory turn goals.

This Role will be the Master Planner for two of our Missouri Facilities (St Louis, MO & Hannibal, MO). This role may be located in either St.

Louis or Hannibal, MO.Your Key ResponsibilitiesRefine and standardize processes to effectively communicate changes in supply and demand to the supply base to enable prioritization and alignment across value streams, sites, business units and functions to fulfill customer needsProvide risk mitigation and management planning, problem solving and issue resolution, process enhancement recommendations, and adherence to polices procedures and systems.

Plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to ensure optimization of cost and service level.

Coordinate the execution of the Sales, Operations, and Financial Planning process to align supply and demand, establish optimized level of production and inventory, and meet the objectives for profitability, productivity, and customer lead times.

Reviews master production schedule and work orders, establishes guidelines for prioritization of specific customer orders, and revises schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability of workers, parts, materials, machines, and equipment.

Establish processes to effectively communicate changes in supply and demand to the purchasing team to enable prioritization and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions to fulfill customer needs.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (5-8 years)

Technical certification preferredProject management experienceLeadership trainingDesired Qualifications Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalentProficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsBenefits:
