Heartland Technology Group Description:

Our company, Heartland Technology Group, is looking for a Technical Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting collaboration services and solutions for our consulting clients. You will work closely with clients to identify business challenges, develop specifications, and provide the best solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
  • Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
  • Execute large projects on time and on budget with Project Managers and Practice Leads.
  • Provide leadership to ensure project success and task completion.
  • Lead projects involving multiple technologies.
  • Communicate daily project updates and timelines effectively.
  • Promote collaboration between business units for a superior customer experience.
  • Participate in product selection, research, and standards development.
  • Work in a team environment across different practices.
  • Maintain certifications and stay current on new products.
  • Manage customer proof-of-concept and trial implementations.
  • Continuously improve skills and expertise based on engineering skills matrix.
  • Meet billed hours requirement per fiscal year.

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years in a technical field
Preferred Experience:
  • 6-8 years in a technical field
  • 4+ years' consultancy experience
  • Skills, Education, and Certifications required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
  • CCNP or equivalent experience
  • Experience in designing and implementing Cisco Voice solutions
  • Experience in designing and implementing Cisco Video solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Collaboration tools
  • Advanced Cisco Contact Center experience
  • Preferred Skills, Education, and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CCIE Collaboration level certification
  • Working knowledge of Webex Calling and collaboration development tools
