Job DescriptionCompany is looking for a Production Associate to join their team in Henderson, CO.

Benefits:
- Weekly Pay

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and production equipment following quality and productivity standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Rotate within work stations carrying out subassembly/assembly tasks.
  • Follow work instructions and use manual/power tools and measurement equipment.
  • Build subassemblies and engines as per instructions.
  • Conduct quality inspections, identify non-conforming material, and perform leak tests on engines.
  • Support problem-solving activities and adhere to HSE requirements.

- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
  • Report any hazards or incidents and comply with HSE standards.
  • Use proper protective equipment and engage in HSE training.
- Quality
  • Follow standard work and quality procedures, perform inspections, and control non-conforming material.
- Achieve production goals
  • Meet cycle time requirements, maintain work area cleanliness, and collaborate with peers and support staff.
- Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively within teams, complete training, and actively participate in quality and safety improvements.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing may be required for compliance purposes

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Engine Parts (Gas or Diesel)- Experience working with engines- Proficiency in power tools and measurement equipment- Mechanical aptitude and skills
