SAIC has a new opportunity for a Database Architect at Offutt AFB, NE or Fort Meade, MD providing support to the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Division for an Amazon Web Services (AWS) based environment.

Duties Include:

Develop database architectures that implement an organizational data strategy.Incorporate structure and data from multiple organizations and domains.Establish database frameworks in multiple enclaves.Develop security architecture and support the security accreditation process.Design and support deployment of the enclave and cloud services to required locations.

Qualifications

Experience with data strategy, architecture, and data analytics.Experience with cloud environments and enterprise data implementation. Experience with Oracle database architecture and Amazon Web Services (AWS) desired.Bachelor's and fourteen (14) years or more of related experience; Master's and twelve (12) years or more of related experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more of related experience. Relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.Experience with the security accreditation process.US Citizen and active TS clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
