We are currently seeking a skilled home visit RN to provide care in the Red Wing community and surrounding areas.

This is a part-time position hours per week), with the potential to increase to full-time.

Day shift, NO holidays, NO weekends, flexible schedule*Requirements:

  • Must have an active RN license in MN, with an interest in being licensed in Wisconsin.
  • Must have a valid driver's license. Pay: $ $40.

25 per hour (DOE)*Core Responsibilities:

  • Provides skilled nursing visits to clients in their homes. Includes wound care, med set up, IV's, and more for both pediatrics & adults.
  • Confers with other members of the client care team to ensure quality patient care.
  • Completes documentation of in-home admissions, assessments, and visits.
  • Develops and implements an individualized client plan of care.
  • Completes home care certification, recertification, and OASIS forms.
  • Reports progress and changes in client condition to physicians, DOCS, and referral sources.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of interventions and progress toward client goals. About Hiawatha HomeCare:
