Professional Powerwashing Maintenance (PPWPM, INC.) is a leading provider of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services. We specialize in power washing, pressure washing, janitorial services, window cleaning, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inperson meetings, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide accurate and competitive quotes.
  • Present and promote our range of services to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Experience:

- sales person: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (preferred)
