Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst at Fortune Brands Innovations

Job Description:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll have a vital role in our financial reporting and planning processes, offering detailed analysis to the FP&A team and supporting Sales VPs along with the Sales Finance team for our Security business unit. You'll assist in identifying opportunities for profit enhancement and boosting revenue growth above market levels.
This position is a hybrid role involving working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our main office located in Oak Creek, WI, fostering collaboration, connection, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Develop, analyze, and report on the annual operating plan and monthly reforecasts for the North American customer accounts and sales departments' expenses.
  • Analyze sales, allowances, and SG&A at month-end to offer accurate, relevant, and timely insights for sales and finance decision-making.
  • Analyze proposed new sales pricing and promotions, including key promotions' incremental and fully allocated analysis, review of price changes, and their impact on future results.
  • Review price elasticity for key promotions, make pricing/programs recommendations to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Provide ad hoc requests to the sales team as needed.
  • Assist in producing monthly reports and participate in various department projects and assignments when required.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Finance/Analytical experience required, with 7+ years preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Moderate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, and Word.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams and financial planning.
  • Prior experience with Oracle EBS, HFM, Essbase, and Tableau.
