Job Title: Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant I

Position Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant I role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your contributions to healthcare. You'll be involved in performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the limits of an MA-C license. At Indigo Urgent Care, you'll collaborate closely with your team to ensure optimal healthcare outcomes and outstanding patient experiences. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional patient service and providing support in clinic management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with medical professionals and clinic management for comprehensive healthcare outcomes
  • Perform various clinic functions that require specialized knowledge and utilization of available standards and resources
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy and dignity of patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Create a safe and encouraging environment for patients

Requirements

  • Completion of a certified medical assistant training program
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Preferably, at least one year of experience in a physician's office or similar medical facility
  • Applicants for Idaho positions or those in an externship/residency program must have an active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire
  • Washington State MA-C license required within 45 days of hire

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this role is $32.72 USD, subject to adjustments based on individual qualifications.
