Responsibilities:


Sell and Solicit Farmers ProductsActively Market in the communityEducate clients on InsuranceGreat attitude and behaviorAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWork existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products.

Establish client relationships and provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
Ensure that all quotes, procedures and practices are compliant with the Agency and Farmers expectations.
Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
RequirementsPossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well within a team and independently.
