Qualities of a successful Life Enrichment Assistant:
  • Compassionate and caring towards others
  • Strong emphasis on customer service

  • Capable of multitasking
  • Prior experience with seniors in different care environments is a bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the life enrichment director to plan and execute group activities and outings
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous education programs
  • Learn to identify changes in residents' conditions that may require medical attention
  • Ensure residents' safety and well-being

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English language
  • High school diploma or GED, with some related experience preferred
  • Successful completion of pre-employment tests and training program as per state and federal guidelines

Expectations upon selection:
  • Initial contact for an interview upon review of your application
  • Job offer after 1-2 interview rounds
  • Review of job description and completion of onboarding tasks post receiving the offer
  • Orientation, training, and community tour after joining
