Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Research Scientist with expertise in GPU kernels and compilers.

In this role, you will lead research initiatives to optimize and develop high-performance computational solutions essential for our AI infrastructure.

You will collaborate with our dynamic team to push the boundaries of AI performance and scalability.
Conduct research and development on GPU kernels for machine learning and deep learning models.
Innovate and implement advanced compiler techniques to enhance AI algorithm performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical solutions.

in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning, GPU computing, or compiler technology.

Extensive experience in GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL) and performance optimization.
Deep understanding of compiler design and implementation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong research background in AI and machine learning algorithms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative research.
