POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the inventory management and replenishment of Deck and Exteriors to 24 retail distribution centers shipping from 3 manufacturing locations.

Description
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
- #1 Priority: Never stock out at Retail distribution centers.
- Manage min/max levels at Retail distribution centers.
- Setup weekly shipments to replenish inventory based on forecast.
- Collaborate with Plant Production Planners and SI&OP to optimize end-to-end Retail inventory.
- Collaborate with retail customers for improvement opportunities in max caps and shipping appointments.
- Upload and monitor shipment details in Vendor PlanEx.
- Work with transportation to ensure distribution center appointments are scheduled within 24 hours.
- Confirm shipment completions within JDE.
- Verify receiving completions at the distribution center.
- Work with distributions centers regarding shipping receipt discrepancies.
- Validate invoicing completion are accurate.
- Monitor inventory accuracy between JDE and distribution center.
- Run weekly report to analyze bias between forecast and actual sales.
- Work with Project Management, Sales, and MDM during new product and new location setups.
- Learn other product categories and procedures across AZEK Supply Chain, including but not limited to Production Planning, Purchasing and SI&OP.

- Knowledge of inventory planning, inventory management and supply chain concepts.

- Experience:
- 2+ year' planning experience preferred
- JDE experience preferred.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to problem solve and implement effective corrective actions.
- Proficient to advanced with MS Excel and proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- Be flexible enough to change with an ever-changing business environment.
30 day
- Learn all JDE transactions relevant to the role (training will be provided)
- Complete Meet and Greets with most of the relevant stakeholders and understand what they are looking for from retail planner.
- Form IPR relationships, understand issues and work on corrective action plans.
- Perform the day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Run the weekly retail stocking program meeting.
