Responsible for providing exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere, the position requires a service professional with an engaging personality, upbeat attitude and a smile.

**What you will be doing:**

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service

Create a welcoming environment for all guests and fellow colleagues

Efficiently and accurately make all requested cocktail beverages

Have knowledge of wine & cocktails offered, keeping up with all bar menu changes

Bar set up, tear down, clean up and preparation of garnishes and mixes

Follow all cash handling responsibilities and procedures

Provide responsible service of alcohol

Assist guests with questions or concerns

Review daily reports, VIPs and groups in house to prepare for service

Other duties as assigned

**Your experience and skills include:**

Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume bartending capacity

Ramp and Mixology Certifications an asset

Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly responsible and reliable

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Must be available for evenings and weekends

**Your team and working environment:**

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to:

Constant standing and walking throughout shift

Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching

Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

**Visa Requirements**: Must have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.
