Hourly Pay Rate: $22.55

Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned personnel
• Ensure compliance with facility rules and safety protocols
• Conduct thorough searches for prohibited items and maintain security
• Monitor inmate activities and uphold facility regulations
• Utilize inmate records to prioritize health, safety, and facility security
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Assume specialized roles as needed within the correctional facility
• Encourage positive social behaviors and intervene when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least one year of correctional experience
• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean record
• Completion of all mandatory training programs
