Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision. They assess resident needs, administer treatments, and ensure safety and comfort. Additionally, they provide technical support, maintain documentation, and collaborate in care planning.

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN. Holding a valid LPN license and meeting education and training criteria. Must maintain necessary certifications and competencies.
