We are looking for a caring toddler teacher to ensure our students' basic and educational needs are met. As a toddler teacher, you will prepare and conduct classroom activities, engage with staff and parents, and maintain a safe learning environment. Being a positive role model is also key for our students.


To excel as a toddler teacher, you should be imaginative, lively, and able to promote self-expression. The best candidates will have a deep understanding of the factors influencing early childhood development.


Qualifications for Toddler Teacher:
  • Completion of Early Childhood courses outlined by the state Child Care authority.
  • Meet annual professional development requirements according to state regulations.
  • Ability to clear a drug screen and background check.
  • A compassionate individual who enjoys teaching young children.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Capable of sitting for extended periods on the floor.
  • Access to reliable transportation to the Child Care center.
  • Excellent customer service skills for effective communication with parents.

Responsibilities for Toddler Teacher:
  • Create a secure and nurturing environment for the children under your care.
  • Supervise children at all times.
  • Follow the provided curriculum.
  • Engage with parents regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in play areas.
  • Assist with diaper changes as necessary.
  • Update information on smartcare platform.
